Clara is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified. She has 15 years of experience in high performance training and has learnt from some of the best coaches in the US and Europe.

Dynamic warm up activating the key areas of the body that need to move well in the golf swing.
Use this before hitting balls at the range or next to the first tee if you don't have time for a warm up on the range.
Part 1 of the Core Series - Plank Circuit (Intermediate)
A strong core/abs is vital in the golf swing. The core transfers the power you create in your lower body during the swing to the upper body which is then transferred to the club and the golf ball. Stronger core = more power & stability transferred to the ball.
Don't skip the core! A 5 minute circuit you can complete at the end of a gym session.
15 Minute Lengthening and Rotational Yoga Flow guided by Clara.
A series of stretches put together in a yoga flow to increase mobility in the key areas of your body for the golf swing . Ideal to prepare for the day ahead or as recovery after gym sessions or golf.
Guided release with peanut/foam roller.
This is essentially a sports massage you can do at home, by yourself. It's a great way to speed up the recovery process after a day at the golf course or after a gym session. Dedicating 5-10 minutes to this at the end of a day will be worth it to feel fresher tomorrow!
Make this your own - there's no time limit, so feel free to spend longer on one area if it needs more attention.
For if you have more time or an indoor area where you can use the floor space. Warm up activating the key areas of the body that need to move well in the golf swing.
Use this before hitting balls at the range or before teeing off.
A little drill for your last few balls at the range - mimicking the 1st tee environment, pre shot routine and pressure.
Distance off the tee - something we would all like more of! It all comes down to the speed you can deliver onto the golf ball and also strike the ball in the middle of the club face (Clubhead Speed and Ball Speed).
Clara takes you through a speed session to help you gain more speed and distance.
